These proposed terms apply to the Home Savings Guru home-security referral experience. They require legal and business approval before production use.

Referral service

Home Savings Guru is a marketing and referral service operated by Rapid Response Marketing, LLC. It is not a security provider, monitoring company or installer and does not bind any provider.

No guarantee

Information on this site is general. Provider participation, territory, service, equipment, pricing, credit requirements, installation and acceptance vary. A request or call does not guarantee an offer, eligibility, installation or any particular terms.

Consumer requests

Consumers must provide accurate information and may submit only for themselves or with proper authority. No purchase is required merely to request information.

Communications

Telephone, text and email communications may occur only under the final approved consent displayed at submission. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing property, goods or services where legally required.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit automated, fraudulent or duplicate requests, interfere with site operation, or misuse another person’s information.

Disputes and governing terms

The provider agreement contemplates arbitration and a class-action waiver for applicable TCPA consent terms. Consumer-facing dispute language must be reviewed and approved by counsel before launch and is therefore not activated in this preview.
